I created and presented a 2 hour workshop for the winter retailers of Queen City Pop Up at the Market Arcade with the learning objectives:

  • Discuss Website Fundamentals
  • Evaluate Your Website Effectiveness
  • Learn how your website can help market your retail location.
  • Obtain some tips and resources to boost your sales activity.

With so many Fair Housing Laws , it is important for landlords to know how to properly deny a tenant application. The main factors to look at when choosing tenants are: Credit Score, Eviction History, Background Check, Landlord & Employer References, and Income-to-Rent Ratio (3x) . You need to let the prospective tenant know that you will not be selecting their application by sending them an adverse action letter .
