In 2017 the SBA asked me to do a website workshop series with the Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce. This pilot workshop series was a huge success! Unfortunately, there was a conflict of interest with me doing the workshop due to the ability for the participants to keep their websites at the end.

By demand I am making this workshop series available independent of the SBA and SCORE. Attend this 5-Part Workshop Series to learn the fundamentals of planning for a website and how easy it is to build a basic website for your business. With so many Fair Housing Laws , it is important for landlords to know how to properly deny a tenant application. The main factors to look at when choosing tenants are: Credit Score, Eviction History, Background Check, Landlord & Employer References, and Income-to-Rent Ratio (3x) . You need to let the prospective tenant know that you will not be selecting their application by sending them an adverse action letter .
